Title: Easy Chocolate Cheesecake

CRUMB CRUST
1 3/4cChocolate cookie or graham cracker crumbs
2tbSugar
1/3cButter; or margarine, melted
CHEESECAKE
2pk4-oz. Baker's German's sweet chocolate
1/3cHeavy cream
2 Eggs
2/3cCorn syrup
1 1/2tsVanilla
2pk8-oz. cream cheese; cubed

Microwave method - put 6 ounces (1.1/2 packages) of the chocolate and the cream in a microwavable bowl. Microwave at HIGH 2 min., stir until chocolate is completely melted.

Range method - heat chocolate and cream in saucepan over very low heat, stirring until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat.

Crust - in 9" pie plate or 9"x3" springform pan, combine crumbs, sugar, and butter until well mixed. Press evenly in pie plate or on bottom and 1.1/4" up side of springform pan.

Cheesecake - blend eggs, corn syrup, and vanilla in blender until smooth. With blender running, gradually add cream cheese; blend until smooth, Add melted chocolate mixture; blend. Pour into crust. Bake at 325~ for 45 mins. or until set. Cool on rack. Cover, chill. Melt remaining chocolate; drizzle over top.
